Meeting Packages

Dolce Atlanta-Peachtree in Peachtree City offers conference center amenities and a variety of package options for meetings. Choices at this venue, located only 25 minutes from Atlanta, include a Complete Meeting Package (CMP), Day Meeting Package (DMP), or Half Day Meeting Package (HDMP). If a meetings package is selected, package rates quoted are inclusive of guest service fees and service charges applicable to hotel guestrooms and included meals. Also included are gratuities for bell staff and housekeeping, in-room coffee; and unlimited use of our hotel fitness center, heated swimming pool, tennis, basketball, billiards, horseshoe and volleyball facilities. These packages include service charges, but do not include applicable taxes.

Complete Meeting Package (CMP) includes a meeting room, a break out room for every 15 attendees, overnight accommodations and a dinner buffet for each night of the package. The package also includes a full breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet, continuous all day breaks (7:30am-5:00pm), and the following standard audio-visual equipment: LCD projector (groups of 20 or more only), 32 monitor with roll cart, VCR/DVD player, portable stereo system with cassette and CD player, wireless microphone (handheld or lavaliere), projection screen, wireless fast-access internet connection, power strip, 2 flipcharts with stands, masking tape, dry erase markers, interface and labor associated with CMP equipment.

Day Meeting Package (DMP) includes meeting room, breakout room for every 15 attendees, a lunch buffet, continuous all day breaks, and the following standard audio-visual equipment: LCD projector (groups of 20 or more only), 32 monitor with roll cart, VCR/DVD player, portable stereo system with cassette and CD player, wireless microphone (handheld or lavaliere), projection screen, power strip, 2 flipcharts with stands, masking tape, dry erase markers, interface and labor associated with DMP equipment.

Half-Day Meeting Package (HDMP) includes a lunch, AM or PM coffee break service, meeting room, breakout room for every 15 attendees, and the following standard audio-visual equipment: LCD projector (groups of 20 or more only), screen, power strip, 2 flipcharts with stands, masking tape, dry erase markers, interface and labor associated with DMP equipment. The package includes a service charge, but does not include applicable taxes.
